As you’d expect, e-biking burns fewer calories than conventional cycling. In fact, numerous studies have revealed that the difference is between 30% and 50% – depending on the fitness level of the cyclist, terrain, gradient and gear efficiency. That said, the point of electric assist bikes is to make pedalling easier!
At its core, cycling appeals on three levels:

Remember, this is not a SPIN CLASS. These routes are aimed at people who are new to fitness or simply looking for joint-friendly, low-impact exercise (all of the routes are easy on the joints, yet still require effort) in a social setting.
“EASY RIDER ” “BOOK NOW” 10km of low gradient cycling along tow paths and lanes. You’ll burn between 350 and 450 calories and feel recharged for the rest of the day.
“Intermediate” “BOOK NOW” 12km of moderately challenging countryside. A few hills (not too steep). Slightly quicker pace. You’ll burn between 450 and 550 calorie
Hardcore” “BOOK NOW” 15km of cycling. A few steep hills. Quicker pace. You’ll torch between 550 and 650 calories, giving your lungs and legs a good workout!
